Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

How to return

Email hhcosmeticltd@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
